Our experiences
We use "state of the art" modelling tools like Enterprise Architect (SPARX) for definition and documentation.
In the area of the web-based technologies we focus on interface integration by means of SOAP or REST.
Our experience in the integration is based in particular on solutions like IBM Tivoli Suite, BMC-Remedy or FNT-Command.
